Job requirements:

Fitness trainers are faced with a number of challenges when it comes to dealing with novices in the field of physical fitness. It’s a fitness trainer’s responsibility to educate a novice about his or her own body and a way it will respond to exercise, diet as well as safety precautions; to prevent a newcomer to the gym from injuring himself or herself.

A physical fitness instructor depending on their people personal skills, motivating skills, presentation skills and personal physical fitness levels can bag well paying jobs at high profile or five star gymnasiums. Although there is no shortage of gymnasiums and fitness centres for any physical fitness instructor to find a job.

An instructor with great skills, presentation and communication can be fortunate enough to work with very wealthy high profile clients including firm stars and businessmen, as a personal instructor apart from a regular job, such stints can pay extremely well.

A general fitness trainer can expect to earn 10,000 to 15,000 rupees a month, an instructor with better skills can get paid between 25,000to 45,000 rupees a month and personal instructors can get paid anywhere between 50,000 to over 100,000 a month depending on the number of high profile clients as well as the reputation and image of the instructor.
