About the Programme BFA in Painting Course

The discipline of Fine Arts includes painting, sculpturing, architecture, poetry, music and performing arts like theater and dance.  B.F.A in Painting is a fine art undergraduate degree pursued in the field of Painting. The course duration is mostly 3 years but some institutes are offering this degree for 4 years too.  The course enables you to improve and enhance your natural talent for painting and drawing.

This course would help you learn various techniques and ways of drawing and painting. You will also be able to learn eye-hand coordination, still life and figure drawing, use of pen, pencil, ink, charcoal, brush, pastel, glass, etc. as a media of painting.  During this course, you would learn about various aspects of drawing and painting.

  • An interested candidate should have passed his 10+2 exam or equivalent in any stream to be eligible to seek admission in B.F.A in Painting.
