M. D Physiology Overview
M. D. Physiology or Doctor of Medicine in Physiology is a three-year post-graduate course in Physiology which deals in the science of mechanical, physical, and biochemical functions relating to the human body, their organs, and cell compositions. This course is very closely related to Anatomy, where Anatomy is the study of form while Physiology is the study of function. This close connectivity between Anatomy and Physiology makes the two forms of scientific study very intrinsically linked and it is often seen that students take up these courses in tandem as part of a medical curriculum.
