About B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering
This undergraduate program in Electronics And Communication Engineering enables students to understand practical problems with regard to communication and electronic equipment.
The duration of the B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering is four years and the fee for the same ranges between INR 3– 5 lakhs. The course helps students learn about designing and analysis of electronic and communication circuits. Once they complete the course, they can engage themselves in the process of designing various tools and applications in electronic and allied engineering domains.
The complete course curriculum is divided into eight semesters in which industrial training of four weeks is also included to give students practical exposure. There are enormous job opportunities in the field of electronics and communication engineering as all electronic devices need software interfaces, which are designed for electronics and communication engineers. There are also career options in the field of research and development for engineering graduates.
Purpose of B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering
The main objective of this course is to equip students with all the latest and updated knowledge in the field of electronics and communication engineering. Students should be able to identify, analyze, and solve problems related to VLSI design, power electronics, and communication engineering. They should also be able to design various electronic circuits in an effective and efficient manner. After successful completion of the course, a graduate should be able to interpret data and provide solutions to meet requirements even at global level.
B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering Eligibility
A student must have cleared his higher secondary examination from a reputed board or University with minimum 45% marks taken together in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics), with physics and mathematics as the compulsory subjects. Students who are interested in opting for this course must possess at least 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their Higher Secondary examinations.
