• Al-Falah University

Al-Falah University is a private university which is located in Faridabad, Haryana. The university was established in the year 2014 by Al-Falah Charitable Trust through The Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2014. The university is spread over 62 acres of lush greenery, Al-Falah University offers a world-class education to students from India and other countries by providing a learning experience designed to develop intellectual abilities as well as social, moral, and ethical values. Al-Falah University offers a wide range of programmes in disciplines like engineering, education, commerce, management, medical, science, etc.

• AMITY University

Amity University is a private university located in the beautiful city of Haryana – Gurgaon and was established in the year 2010. The institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and The University Grants Commission of India (UGC). Amity University is also accredited by Bar Council of India (BCI) and Council of Architecture. The Institute offers various UG, Integrated, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma, M.Phil. and PhD courses. Admissions to most of the courses will be done on the basis of Entrance Exams conducted by the University whereas, for few of them, scores obtained in External Entrance Exams will be considered. It is India’s only & Asia’s 2nd University to be awarded LEED (USA) Platinum Certification.

The University came into existence through Act Number ten of the Haryana Private Universities Amendment Act. • Ashoka University

Ashoka University is inviting applications for Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences, Computer Science, and Sociology & Anthropology. Candidates can fill the form online through the website. The application deadline is Dec 4 while it is Feb 28 for Sociology & Anthropology.

Ashoka University has released Round 1 UG Applications on the official website. The last date to apply is November 18, 2020. Candidates who want early admission can apply now. Admission will be conducted in 4 rounds. The assessment date for Round 1 is November 29, 2020.

Ashoka University was founded in 2014 and located in Sonepat, Haryana. It is a private research university. The university has received recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC), the Government of Haryana, and the Government of India. The main campus of Ashoka University is spread over an area of 25 acres.

Ashoka University offers different undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs with various specializations. The Institute offers major as well as minor degree courses. Currently, the university has 7 academic centers that offer research-oriented collaborations.

Basic admission criteria vary for different courses. It is merit-based for some while other programs have entrance exams as the selection criteria.

• Baba MastNath University

Baba MastNath University Rohtak was established in 2010. The university is recognized by the University Grants Commission under the support of Shri Baba MastNath Math, Asthal Bohar. It offers 32 various courses in the domain of Arts, Commerce, and Science (Medical, Non-Medical, and Engineering). The admission of these courses is based on the merit obtained by the applicant in the last qualifying exams. However for Medical courses, the candidates' merit will be based on the NEET entrance marks and for Ph.D. applicants, a separate entrance test is conducted by BMU itself. The forms of application are available in online mode. BMU provides internship programs and real-life projects for medical courses.

• BML Munjal University

BML Munjal is a Deemed-to-be university. It offers many undergraduate and postgraduate programs. BMU's is ranked 37th as per the NIRF 2020 ranking in the Management Category. The university is known for being mentored by Imperial College London which is ranked 8th in the QS ranking 2019. It provides various scholarship programs to students from all the batches. The number of students enrolled every year varies. However, the university has an average of 1500-1600 students enrolled every year. It also has 88 faculty.

• GD Goenka University

GD Goenka University (GDGU), Gurgaon is ranked 1st in India among Top Emerging Engineering Institutes by The Times of India Engineering Institute Ranking Survey 2019 and ranked 1st among Top Emerging BBA Institutes in BBA Education Ranking Survey by The Times B-School 2019. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in the discipline of Engineering, Management, Science, Design, and many more. Admission is done on the basis of the entrance examination and cutoff criteria of the university. • IILM University

IILM University Gurgaon set up under Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act 2018 has been ranked 14th by Eduniversal B-School Rankings. It is supported by over 30 academic collaborations. The University offers UG and PG courses in different streams. IILM University Gurgaon’s constituent Institute for Business & Management [IILM-IBM] offers top-ranking Management Diploma courses. The University also provides scholarships on a merit basis and gives loans for education to students.

• Jagan Nath University

Jagannath University, Bahadurgarh was established in 2013 and is located in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. It is a member of the Association of Indian Universities. The university is a detailed and well-planned output of a registered non-profitable educational trust named Jagan Nath Gupta Educational Society. The university has been approved by UGC, AIU, COA, BCI, and NCTE.

NIILM University is a private university which is located in Kaithal in the state of Haryana, India. It was established by the Haryana State Legislature under Haryana Act No. 16 of 2011.

It offers courses like undergraduate, postgraduate, and Doctoral levels. It provides the study of diverse subjects like Engineering and Technology, Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Application and Legal Studies, Hotel Management and Tourism, Diploma in agriculture, Fashion Designing, Faculty of education, Commerce and Management, Applied Science, Media and Communication, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Social Science. Some of the disciplines of the aforementioned courses are Fashion Designing, Diploma, Engineering and Technology, Business Administration, Applied Science, and many more.

Admission for all courses is done by an Entrance Test followed by a personal interview. The performance of the candidates in the admission test and interview integrated decide the selection of the candidates. The whole admission procedure is conducted by the university. Haryana domicile students will be given priority in admission. There are no scholarships given by the university to its students. The university offers good placement opportunities.

• O.P. Jindal Global University
