The Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering course enables the student to get a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software programming.
B.Tech Computer Engineering is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. Each semester covers in-depth topics related to software programming, computer hardware, interpreting data, etc. After completing the course, a student can either, apply for a job in an IT firm or can pursue higher studies. Since IT is a very vast field, pursuing higher studies in the same stream will enable the students to equip themselves with a thorough knowledge of software programming.
The fee structure for this course ranges between INR 3 lakhs to INR 5 lakhs.
The basic objective of this course is to make students understand all the concepts related to computer software programming and get innovative at the same. They should be able to carry out their projects independently and can even opt for higher studies in the same stream. By the end of the course, they should be able to develop new system integrations as per specifications and can interpret the same. The students even develop an ability to handle multidisciplinary tasks independently. In nutshell, the students possess an in-depth understanding of the concepts of mathematics; computer software, and hardware after they finish the course.
Students who are interested in opting for this course must possess at least 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Math in their 10 + 2 examination.
