MOMSOON Fertility Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2010, with an expert team of Infertility Specialists, Senior and Junior Embryologists supported by well trained technicians and staff nurses, to render quality services to the infertile couples.
Success of Assisted Reproductive Technology depends on the SKILL of the Embryologist and the Clinician treating infertility. Therefore, MOMSOON launched separate skill development courses for the above streams called ‘Intensive Certificate Course’ (ICC) in 2012 and has trained over 100 Gynaecologists and 200 Embryologists. The courses in “Clinical Embryology & Assisted Reproductive Technology” by REVA University in collaboration with MOMSOON Academy is designed keeping in mind the subject specific academic needs and industry requirements, with the help of subject experts.
Skilling - the need of the hour
As we are aware, 90% of jobs in India are skill-based. At a time when India’s status as a rapidly growing economy is underlined by the rising demand for a workforce possessing employable skills, higher education institutions in the country should rise to the occasion and promote vocational or skill-based courses.
Consequently, the government and the educational institutions are facing an up-hill task of facilitating skill development among more than 500 million Indians.
