Before applying for the Odisha PG Entrance Examination Candidate need to check the eligibilty criteria. The Eligibilty Criteria is given below read carefully before applying-

  • Candidates must be GATE qualified.

  • Candidates belonging to General category must have secured minimum 60% marks in their qualifying degree or equivalent CGPA provided by their respective institute or university.

  • However, candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PD categories must have secured minimum 50% marks in their qualifying degree and candidates belonging to OBC category need 55% in their qualifying degree.


  • Registration: The candidates have to register themselves using their email id and date of birth.

  • Filling OJEE PG 2018 Application Form: Personal, academic and contact details have to be filled by the candidates.

  • Upload Photograph and Signature: A photograph and signature of the candidates as per the required specifications will have to be uploaded.

  • Payment of fee: The application fee has to be paid through online via net banking/credit card/debit card/cash card/mobile wallet or offline mode (demand draft).


The admit card for OJEE 2019 will be uploaded on the official website. Two copies of the admit card should be downloaded-one to be submitted at the exam center and other to be retained by the candidates. Both copies must be duly signed by the invigilator. The admit card will contain the details of the candidates such as name, roll number, gender, etc and the date, time and venue of the examination. Along with the admit card, a valid id proof and a photograph same as the one uploaded in the application form, should be taken to the exam center. Those who are not able to download their OJEE 2019 admit card, should contact OJEE 2019 office immediately.

How to download admit card of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination. Go through the given steps -
  • If you are successfully submit the application form then you can download the admit card from the official website.
  • Open the official website
  • Enter the registration number and date of birth
  • After entering the correct registration number and date of birth click on the submit button


  • In case, 2 or more candidates share the same merit rank, then the tie-breaking policy will be applicable to judge the merit. In such a case, the candidate with higher scores in Physics+Chemistry+Mathematics will be given higher rank.
  • If still the tie does not break, then candidate having higher marks in Physics+Mathematics will be given higher rank.
  • In case, the tie is not broken still, then the candidate with higher marks in Mathematics will be given higher rank.
  • And if still the tie-exists, then the senior candidate as per Date of Birth (DOB), will be given higher rank and preference.


How to check result of OJEE PG 2019. Go through the given steps -

  • The candidates will have to enter their registration number and date of birth
  • Click on Submit
  • The result will be displayed on the screen
  • The final result is based the total marks of written examination and gate score of related year.


Candidates must have the following at the time of counselling

  • all Ticket of OJEE PG 2019 and 12th Standard Qualifying Examination
  • 10th Standard Certificate to prove Date of Birth
  • 12th Standard Mark Sheet
  • Gate Score card of the related year
  • Transfer Certificate from the School last attended
  • Community Certificate (if applicable)
  • Other documents as per the counselling letter
