Registration Procedure:
To be eligible for admission to Class I, the child should have completed six years on 30th September of the academic year in which admission is sought.
Admission:
Admission procedures are conducted on either the second or the third Saturday of March. Lists of those selected for admission are normally put up a week later.
Candidates for admission to classes II to IX will be required to undergo written and oral assessments in Hindi, English & Mathematics. Seats will be offered to candidates, who qualify depending on the vacancies available.
Both parents are expected to meet the Principal before admission is finally granted.
A student who has qualified for admission will be required to produce the necessary certificates and pay the prescribed fees, within three days of the offer of admission.
All admission will be provisional until the prescribed fees and certificates are deposited.
Admission fee paid at the time of admission (including provisional admission) will not be refuned for any reason.
A pupil will not be allowed to attend classes without submitting the documents listed below and the prescribed fees:
(i) An attested copy of the Municipal Certificate of Birth (for Class I).
(ii) School Leaving Certificate (in original) for Class II onwards, duly countersigned by the Education officer, if the school is situated outside Delhi.
(iii) For admission to classes IX-Pass certificated in the third language in the class VIII final exam.
(iv) For admission to classes XI,
(a) Mark sheet of the Class X board examination.
(b) Registration number with the C.B.S.E.
On submission of the certificates and fees, an "admit card' will be issued which is to be deposited with the class teacher.
