About Ajanta Public School
Ajanta Public School is a garden of knowledge, which was laid by our Rev. founder, Shri Ramesh Kapoor way back in 1999. His vision of serving the community through education and bringing out excellence in every child, is being nurtured by respected Principal, Mr. Vaibhav Kapoor. He believes that schools are pieces of larger ecologies and the most immediate ecologies they participate in are human and cultural. They are inter-dependent. So when one thing changes, everything else does as well. When it rains, the streams flood, the meadows are damp, the clovers bloom, and the bees bustle. Similarly, a thoughtful school by changing a community actually goes on to change the world.
When technology changes, it impacts the kinds of things we want and need. Ajanta Public School throughout has envisaged to keep the curriculum updated with the constantly changing technology in education. Consider a few of the key ideas incorporated in the school’s progressive education. Mobile learning, digital citizenship, design thinking, collaboration, creativity, and on a larger scale, digital literacy and more are skills and content bits that every student is exposed to and mastered with. As these force their way into classrooms, assignments and the design thinking of teachers, the school aims at increasing the volume of excellent human capital of the country.

APS seeks to draw out maximum benefits from education without missing out on the fun and sweetness of childhood. Learning is interactive and tactile. All experiences are drawn from the real world; each precious individual will comfortably create his/her own niche, will discover talents, nurture skills, find their forte and most importantly will be groomed to become lifelong learners.
The school has capable and committed teaching staff, who believe that effective learning can only take place if there is a harmonious partnership between the home and school. Documents required at the time of Reporting
- Birth Certificate
- Photograph of Child

Admission Procedure
- The intake points for admission are classes Nursery and XI. Vacancies in the other classes are limited and are filled as and when vacancies arise.
- Admission is granted only after the students qualify the Entrance Test and Interview and is subjected to the availability of seats.
- Students only from C.B.S.E./State Board recognized school shall be registered for Classes VI to XII.
- For admission to Classes III to IX Report Card and Transfer Certificate from school last attended must be furnished.
- Parents, who are unable to produce the TC and Report Card from their previous school immediately after declaration of the result of the present class, must give an undertaking of assurance to deposit TC and Report Card from their previous school immediately after declaration of the result or within 15 days of joining of school.
- Only those students will be considered for admission who submits a TC and Report Card with the remark "passed" or "promoted" to class for which they are being tested.
- In case the transfer is from another state, Inter State Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by Chairman CBSE Site Link Education officer of the area student is transferring from, must be submitted.
- TC and Report Card should be submitted in original. In case the candidate fails to submit TC and Report Card within 15 days from the declaration of result from the previous school, his or her admission will be cancelled.
- Candidates seeking admission to class XI must submit attested photocopy of Mark List from the Board for Class X.
- Migration Certificate must be furnished in case the Board is other than CBSE Site Link.
- In case a candidate has been admitted and the fee paid, thereafter the withdrawal of the student is sought, then only the Caution Money &
- Library Security shall be refunded even if the student has not attended school for a single day.
- Parents can claim the refund of caution money and library security only if the original receipt is produced. In case the original receipt is lost an affidavit from the First Class Magistrate must be submitted.
Registration Details
- Registration is a precondition for admission.
- Registration for Class XI starts in the month of February.
- Registration does not guarantee admission.
- Registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable.
- Students only from C.B.S.E./State Board recognized schools can be registered for Classes VI to XII.
