Admission Procedure

The Management does not bind itself to furnish any reason for rejecting any application. 4. The following certificates must be attached to the application for admission: --Baptismal or other original evidence of date of birth. --Latest progress report from the previous school and a transfer certificate from a recognized school for Class two and above. --Medical certificate signed by a registered doctor. --If a pupil comes from a different State, the transfer certificate must carry the counter signature and seal of the Education authority of that state. In case of overseas transfers an endorsement from the Indian Embassy should be obtained. 5. If a transfer certificate is delayed as a result of being sent for counter-signature, a provisional certificate from the previous school may be submitted. Admissions granted will be provisional till a proper transfer certificate from a recognized school is submitted. 6. When a child is admitted on a transfer certificate he/she will not be placed in any class higher than that for which the certificate shows him/her to be qualified in the appropriate month of the particular year. He will not be promoted before the end of the school year. There can be no relaxing of this rule. 7. Admission will be confirmed only on payment of fees for one term. This amount will be credited and adjusted against the first term's bill. The amount is not refundable if a place accepted is later refused.
