Maulana Azad Public School, Siraulli Kalan, Kichha was founded By Mr. Laeeq Ahmad in Sirauli Village, adjoining the Kichha town, in the year 1997 under the auspicious of Maulana Azad Educational and Welfare Society. It was founded on the pattern of Madarsa and was recognized by authority of the Arbi Farsi Parikshayen, Uttar Pradesh, and Lucknow in 1998.
Realizing he need of time, the society decided to modernize the Madarsa and bring it to the tunes of a public school to impart modern education based on the NCERT syllabus. In 2006 school was affiliated to CBSE, Delhi up to secondary level.
Thus school is now, a fully fledged English medium co-educational institution with an identity of its own.
Now the school has a spacious building, vast sports ground, required infrastructure, well-equipped Library, science labs, computer lab, activity rooms and other required rooms and class rooms, qualified and experienced staff.
In the last not the least this institute succeeded in attending affiliation with CBSE in 2008. Now this education tree is providing the knowledge fruit of English, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Business Studies, Accountancy, Computer science and Physical Education. Now society efforts are to run a girls hostels in homely environment at reasonable fee structure.
