Admission of new students shall be made before the beginning of the academic session. A student is admitted subject to the vacancy and fitness of the student for the class for which admission is sought and without any other distinction.
  Parents / Guardians are requested to fill up the admission form fully with accuracy. Once filled and submitted no changes will be permitted for any reasons. Incomplete form will be rejected.
  Date of Birth Certificate (Original with a Xerox Copy) and Two Passport size photographs are required at the time of admission.
  The student should fulfil the minimum age as on 1st of July.
    Nursery = 2 ½ yrs. to 3½ yrs.
    KG-I = 3 ½ yrs. to 4 ½ yrs.
    KG-II = 4 ½yrs. to 5 ½ yrs.
      No child below 5 ½ yrs. is admitted in Std. I.
    Corresponding scale of age is fixed for successive classes.Â
  Withdrawal :

  A student will be withdrawn or issued school leaving certificate from the school for any of the following reason.
    Request by the Parents
    For failing two years in succession in the same class.
    For being absent for a continuous period of 30 days without intimation or application.
    For serious discipline problems like irregular attendance, habitual idleness, habitual neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect to the members of the staff.
    For communicable diseases.
    For non - payment of fees despite of regular reminders to this respect, upto 3 months.
    Not withstanding anything in this prospectus the Principal / Director of the school may at his / her absolute discretion, require any parent at any time to take his / her ward out of the school.

  Notes
  For admission to Std. 2nd onwards, a T.C. from a recognised school is must. In case the student is migrating from a school outside Nagpur District / Maharashtra, the T.C. must be countersigned by the concerned authorised official.
  No amount of fees shall be refunded in case a student leaves the school for any reason immediately after the admission.
  Any student who leaves the school in the mid-session has to pay fees for the complete session.
  The school leaving certificate shall not be issued until all dues are cleared.
  The school leaving certificate shall ordinarily be issued within seven days of application.
  There is no provision of brother / sister concession as the school does not get any grant from the State Government of Maharashtra & runs on "Permanent No Grant Basis".
  Admission from KG-II to Std. 1st shall be made strictly on the basis of merit.
