Admission Procedure

The application forms and prospectus are available at the school office. The application will be issued on the payment of registration fees. The application has to be duly filled by the parent and submitted. The applications submitted would be shortlisted based on the performance of the student in the Eligibility test. Admission Guidelines • At the time of Admission, Students must produce a Transfer certificate from a recognized school or a date of birth certificate as instructed by the school Authority. • The nursery and kindergarten classes are for the age group of 2.5 to 5 years. • Strict discipline, obedience, cleanliness, courtesy in speech and conduct are expected from students. Irregular attendance, disobedience and objectionable conduct will entail dismissal. • Parents/ guardians may be asked to withdraw their children on disciplinary grounds at short notice. Children fees have to be paid by 30th of every month. Late payment of fees entails fines, as regulated by the school management. • Once the child is admitted under no condition the transfer certificate will be issued to be admitted into the local school unless the parent pays the fees for the full academic year. But transfer certificates will be issued to the children on the grounds of transfer of the parent or guardian after payment of term fees. • Application for TC should be submitted before the 31st of March of the academic session. • Late Application for Transfer Certificate after the name has been struck off from the rolls/discontinuity will attract penalty as per school regulations. • Fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstance.
