The Adventist School of Seventh-day Adventists was founded in 1942 and is operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Organization. It is registered as a participating institution under bye law 29 of the Council of Seventh-day Adventists Educational Institutions, registered under the Societies Registration Act 21 of 1860, Serial no. 267 of 1972. In 1981 the school was affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, (ICSE) by the Delhi education Act of 1973, passed by the parliament. The school includes classes from Junior KG to Class XII. The curriculum of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi, is followed. The students are prepared for the Indian School Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISC), which are held at the end of class X and XII, respectively. Successful students of ISC can proceed directly to the three year degree pattern of Indian Universities. This course is recognized by the South Gujarat University vide their letter no. A/Eli/Equist. 1952 of 15th of May 1981.

Admission Procedure

Admission to the school is restricted by school management regulations and conditions of age, ability and conduct. The minimum age of admission to the Junior KG is 3 years and 6 months by June. All new applicants to Junior KG must produce an official Birth certificate. Students seeking admission to standards one and above must produce a school leaving certificate of the last school attended duly signed by competent and approved authorities. New admission to classes other than Kindergarten will be decided strictly on the basis of entrance tests in English, Arithmetic and General Knowledge. Unsuccessful candidates will not be allowed to reappear for the examination in the same year. Admission inquiry for all classes from Sr.K.G. to IXth and XIth is completely online. Jr.K.G. online admission process are done during the month of December/January, Where as parental online inquiry for other classes above Sr.K.G. can be sought during the month of May. The President / Principal I/C reserves the right to refuse any application without having to assign reasons for his action.
