Prior to assuming his role as Chairman of The Mann School, he garnered valuable experience in senior management positions within the Food & Beverage and Front Office departments of the prestigious TAJ GROUP OF HOTELS.

Presently, Mr. Mann serves as the Chairman of The Mann School and the Director of Flag House Hospitality & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. in Holambi Khurd, Delhi, as well as the Director of Flag House Resort in VPO Junga, Distt Shimla. Furthermore, he holds the esteemed position of Honorary Member of the Indian Public Schools' Conference (IPSC) Trust, exemplifying his commitment to educational advancement.

Mr. Joginder Singh Mann's leadership qualities extend beyond his professional endeavors. Throughout his educational journey, he actively engaged in various extracurricular activities, assuming positions such as School Captain, Band Leader, and member of the School Riding, Hockey, Athletics, and Gymnastic teams. His accomplishments in swimming include being the School Swimming Champion, District Swimming Champion, and a member of the Rajasthan State Swimming team.
