ISME was founded in 2006 by alumni from CMU, Purdue and Wharton, USA. ISME’s parent organization, NVT Quality Certification an ISO accreditation body that has certified companies for over 25 years across 36 countries. ISME founders are also the founders of National Public School (NPS), Whitefield, one of the best schools in Bangalore.

Recognizing ISME’s efforts for the many new initiatives taken at college, the award was presented by the eminent Padma Vibhushan Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade to Prof. Nitin Garg, Director ISME, during a glittering ceremony held at Taj Vivanta, Bangalore.

ISME was chosen for the prestigious and coveted Education Excellence Award conceptualized and launched by Brands Academy. In a gala event held recently at a leading star hotel in Mumbai, ISME was bestowed the “Fast Emerging Private Management Institute” Award. The award was given away by the chess champion Mr. Vishwanathan Anand and received by ISME Director Prof. Nitin Garg.
Considering ISME as a fast emerging brand in the segment of education, the award was implemented to recognize the impressive progress made by the institute since its inception.

25th Indo-Thai Entrepreneurs Summit At Bangkok, Thailand
During the 25th Indo-Thai Entrepreneurs’ Summit, held at Bangkok, Thailand, International School of Management Excellence (ISME) bagged the prestigious ‘International Achievers Award for Education Excellence’. Mr. Nitin Garg, Director ISME, received the award from, Chief Guest of the function, “The Hon’ble Ambassador of India in Thailand, Mr. H.E. Pinak Ranjan Chakravarthy” during a glittering ceremony held at the Hotel Grand Millennium, Sukhumvit. The other eminent guests who graced the function include Hon’ble ex deputy – Prime Minister of Thailand, Khun Mechai Viravaidya, and Dr. Kiran Bedi of India.
The yearly summit is jointly organized by Indian Achievers Forum and the India-Thai Chamber of Commerce. These awards recognize outstanding contributions to the society in various fields like education, health, engineering, social services etc.
Dr.Kiran Bedi and Mr. Khun Mechai Viravaidya also addressed the summit members. Dr. Bedi emphasized the need to make India’s amazing growth story inclusive of its underprivileged and impoverished. Mr. Khun Mechai Viravaidya reiterated the need for strengthening of trade relations between India and Thailand. He invited Indian Corporate to establish base in Thailand for fostering the economic growth of both the nations.
