IISc admissions 2018: Eligibility, paper pattern and important dates

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) has released their important dates and eligibility criteria for admissions to M. Tech, MDes, and management programs. The online enrollment for the same will start from February 1, 2018. The exam is conducted by the Indian institute of Science for the admission in various advance scientific, technical and management course. The IISc does not conduct any entrance exam rather it only organizes the aptitude test and interview to get admission in the U.G, P.G, research and Ph.D courses. The admission into these courses will be done through the various other main examinations like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, CEED, JAM, KVPY, etc.

Here, are the important dates for the IISc admission 2018 including the application form dates, eligibility, etc..

For UG Courses:

IISc 2018 ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA

Educational Qualification	Details
MTech	Aspirants ought to have BE/BTech or an equivalent degree. They should hold substantial GATE score card as on August 1, 2018.
MTech (Sponsored)	Aspirants ought to have bachelor degree in technology/engineering or its equivalent degree.
MDes	Aspirants ought to have BE/BTech/BDes/BArch degrees. They ought to have qualified in GATE or CEED and should hold a legitimate score card as on August 1, 2018.
MMgt	Aspirants ought to have BE/BTech degree, with first class, and is qualified in GATE 2016/2017/2018 and hold a legitimate GATE score card, or CAT 2018 or GMAT with a substantial score card.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection will be made based on the basis of the aptitude test and the personal interview.
