FIREBIRD’S 70% PROGRAM

Firebird was started with the objective of providing industry ready students on day one of graduation. An industry ready means they are aware and know the industry problems and ways to handle these situations on day one in the company. This can happen only if they are already trained in an industry setup. Thus the 70% program refers to all practical engagements designed to nurture leadership and all rounded personalities in our PGDM cohort.

Summer Internship (SIP)

After successful completion of the first-year requirements in May, the students do not have a break in June and July; instead, they are assigned full-time internships. SIP is a compulsory immersion project that combines on-ground learning with project work. In ALP, students will visit regional companies, whereas, during the summer internship, they will work in organizations all over India. This PAN India placement, namely Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, etc., for these two months, will be taken care of by placement team in Firebird. Furthermore, our college professors will be in contact with the industry mentor in the companies. Students who have completed summer internship training must turn in project reports covering the last two months.

For their summer internships, our students are placed in the following businesses all around India. PGDM+ GLOBAL MBA

Entry Requirements: Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM programs should possess a graduate degree or equivalent qualification with not less than 50% marks in any discipline obtained from a University/Institute recognized by UGC and their schooling.

Candidate to appear in any one of the entrance examinations such as CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, GMAT, TANCET or a similar score.

Exam Name: CAT Cut off: 50% tile

Exam Name: MAT/XAT/ ATMA/ Any other equivalent exams Cut off: 65% tile

Selection Process

The applicants called for the selection process will undergo the Firebird Aptitude test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. The applicants must provide the below-listed document copies before the selection process.

Acceptance of Offer: Students will receive the provisional offer letter within 24 hrs if they are selected. Students can accept the offer and confirm their seats.
