Program Overview:

Tailored for experienced swimmers, the Pro program emphasizes high-level stroke refinement, advanced training methods, and competitive strategies.

Program Content:

• Mastering the technique of all four strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly, and Breaststroke.
• Building endurance, power, speed, strength, agility, mobility, flexibility
• Targeting different energy systems in training sessions
• Race-specific training with physiological and psychological aspects
• Periodic fitness assessments

Mohit Sharma: (NIS Diploma in Sports Coaching) Swimming Coach, JIRS

Mohit Sharma, a seasoned Swimming Coach, has immersed himself in the world of swimming from a young age. Starting at the age of 8, his passion for the sport has been unwavering. Mohit proudly represented his university at the All India inter-university level, showcasing his dedication and skill, where he endeavours to elevate the status of swimming in India to the level of other popular sports.

JASE Pro Cricket Program
