Intellectual property (IP) refers to creations of the intellect for which a monopoly is assigned to designated owners by law. Intellectual property rights (IPRs) are the protections granted to the creators of IP, which includes trademarks, copyright, patents, industrial design rights, and in some jurisdictions trade secrets.

What is Master of Law (Intellectual Property)?

The course will be covered through an array of activities including project work, assignments, counseling, and teleconferencing. The main subjects include Introduction to Law, Overview of Intellectual Property, Copyright and Design Law, Patents, Advanced IP Issues, etc.

• Graduate in any stream either Law or non-law from a recognized university
• Or any degree equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree awarded by a University.
