About LLM in Labor Law Course

LL.M with a concentration in Labor Law is a master’s degree taken after a bachelor’s degree which is offered in many universities in India. Generally, the duration of the course is two years when done full time but it may vary in the case of part-time.

Purpose of the course

The course aims to equip students with an understanding of labor law with related areas like social policy, employment relations, and the labor market from an international perspective.

Eligibility

• Students who wish to take admission in this course must have a Bachelor’s degree (in the related stream) from a recognized university in which they must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate.

• SC/ ST students have 5% of relaxation in the minimum aggregate.
