Department of Mathematics, ANNA University, Tamil Nadu, ChennaiThe Department of Mathematics is one of the largest units of Anna
University catering to the needs of the Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate
programmes in Science, Engineering and Technology. It introduced
research programmes leading to M.Phil and Ph.D in Mathematics. The
Objective of the department is to provide strong Mathematical background
to Engineering Graduates to cope up with the needs of emerging
