Hills College of Teacher Education is promotes innovative works and researches in the field of Teacher Education by conducting Action Researches, organizing work- experience activities, conduction seminars, developing indigenous teaching learning materials and practicing rigorous skill based teaching and training programmes etc to bring behavioral changes in Teacher-Trainees in particular and up gradation of Teacher Education in general.
