Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, LucknowInstitute of Engineering And Technology, Lucknow (better known as the "Engineering College" in Lucknow), is the oldest engineering college of Lucknow. The institute is affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (U.P.T.U). The institute organizes the selection process for the students in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes every year for the state of Uttar Pradesh. The SEE (State Entrance Examination) is conducted by UPTU and the online counseling process is also done by UPTU. The institute is fully financed by U.P Government and is being administered by the IET Society (registered under the Societies Act 1860) through its Board of Governors.
