MAHATMA JYOTI RAO PHOOLE UNIVERSITY is the first private university of Rajasthan to be recognized by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research. With a mission to impart women education, in 1993 Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole emerged as an educational institution in Jaipur Rajasthan.

The university has collaboration with foreign universities including Macmillan Research Group, UK providing international scholarship opportunities & co-publication.

The university was established in 2009 over a sprawling campus of 100 acres of land on Delhi-Jaipur highway. The infrastructural facility includes modern classrooms, seminar halls, well-stocked library, etc.
