Sarada Vilas College, located in the heart of the beautiful and heritage city of Mysore, was established in the year 1945 as an Intermediate college. Seven years later, it was upgraded as a Degree college. During its long and purposeful journey, it has consistently offered quality education in pure science and has produced innumerable number of graduates who have achieved success in various fields. It now offers eight combinations encompassing  physical as well as natural science, all leading to the B.Sc. degree. Students can pursue any one of the following combinations the college, affiliated to the University of  Mysore,in 2016 College is accredited with B+ grade with a CGPA of 2.7 in the third cycle by NAAC.
