Nationality : Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Domicile:

• Candidate should have domicile of Bihar.
• The parents of the candidate’s must be the permanent resident of Bihar.
• Candidates those parents working in the state, but living outside of the Bihar are also eligible to apply.
