Thanthai Hans Roever College of Education, Perambalur was started in 2006 with 100 students and nine disciplines. It is purely a self-financing institution affiliated to the Tamilnadu Teachers Education University and approved by National Council for Teacher Education Bangalore.
It offers courses Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physical Science, Biological Science, Computer Science, Commerce, History and Economics. It has well-equipped library and laboratories. The College also encourages cultural programmes and sports & Games activities.
