The Yamuna Group of Institutions (YGI) has been established by Ch. Lekh Raj Educational & Charitable Trust presently with five institutions namely (i) Yamuna Institute of Engineering & Technology (YIET), Yamuna Polytechnic for Engineering (YPE), Yamuna Institute of Nursing (YIN), Yamuna Institute of Education (YIE), and Yamuna Institute of Dental Sciences & Research (YIDSR) in a quiet, peaceful and pollution-free village Gadholi, with the objective to impart high-quality professional education. Gadholi is situated on State Highway connecting Jagadhri with Chandigarh at a distance of about 15 Km from Jagadhri/Yamuna Nagar, a twin industrial city and district town in Haryana.

Both the engineering institutions - YIET and YPE - are approved by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi, and Govt. of Haryana. YIET is affiliated with one of the premier universities, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, whereas YPE is affiliated with Haryana State Board of Technical Education. Who Can Apply at Yamuna Group of Institutions

• Pre-qualification examination criteria for all Undergraduate programmes is completion of Class 12th from any of the recognized boards of India.
• For foreign nationals, the pre-qualification for applying to all Undergraduate programmes is submission of a certificate equivalent to Class 12th examination of the country.
• Pre-qualification criteria for all Postgraduate programmes is graduation from any recognized university in India.
• For foreign nationals, the pre-qualification criteria for all Postgraduate programmes is the submission of degree awarded by a University in a particular country and meeting the equivalence criteria of ‘Association of Indian Universities’.
• Applicants who are currently or have appeared for their final year graduation examinations in the year 2021 may also apply for admission to Post Graduate programme.
• The University reserves rights to judge the capability of a candidate through GD/PI before the final admission.
• To qualify for admission in Yamuna Group of Institutions in any Undergraduate programme, the applicants must complete 17 years of age on 31st December of the academic year in which they are seeking admission.
