About Mody University

The Mody University was established in the year 1998 by Shri. R.P.Mody. He is a true visionary who took an idea ahead of his time and founded Mody University exclusively for Women. His philanthropic attributes, operated in terms of social and psychological promotion of the women community, led him to impart his proposed vision through practical infrastructure.

The University instills the thought that is fully capable of orienting knowledge and information in a scientific manner in the minds of the common mass. This acts as a boon towards the development of a 21st century perspective of the knowledge acquisition process implemented within the university.

The Mody University is a Private university aimed at helping the girl population avail quality education with world-class techniques in an IT-savvy environment. It gives the students an opportunity to study the subject they want. Mody University - Scholarship 2022-2023

UG Programs:

  • 50% of aggregate percentage or equivalent in the last qualifying exam.

PG Programs (Except MBA):

  • 50% of aggregate percentage or equivalent in the last qualifying exam.

Mody University - Placement Norms

Placement facility is available to all students registered with the Career Development Centre through its registration procedure. Once the placement process is initiated the students may attend the presentations made by different organizations and accordingly make their decision to attend the respective selection process.

There is no restriction on attending multiple selection processes provided that the timings do not coincide. The student may attend processes for any number of organizations until the first offer is secured. Confirmation of the offer may be by way of the selection list being displayed by the organization or through offer letters issued. Once 85% of the students of a particular branch are placed, a second opportunity may be provided.

CDC office takes the responsibility of centrally receiving all offer letters, distribution of the same as well as sending the acceptance letters to the companies.
