SRM University, Haryana (SRMUH), also known as SRM University Delhi-NCR, Sonepat, is a private multidisciplinary university located in Rajiv Gandhi Education City, Sonepat (Haryana), near Delhi NCR. It was established in 2013 under the Haryana Private Universities Act by the SRM Group of Institutions, a well-known educational group based in Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech: 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics (compulsory) plus one of Chemistry/CS/Biotech. Min. 50% aggregate.
• Postgraduate (MBA/M.Tech): Relevant Bachelor’s degree with Min. 50% marks.
• Ph.D.: Master’s degree with Min. 55% marks. (UGC-NET/GATE qualifiers are usually exempt from the entrance test).

SRM University Haryana – Admission Process

Admission Process: Step-by-Step

1.Online Application: Register on the official SRM Haryana portal and complete the digital application form.

2.Application Fee: Submit the non-refundable registration fee via the online payment gateway.

3.Program Selection: Select your preferred School (Engineering, Management, Law, etc.) and specific specialization.

4.Entrance/Selection:

B.Tech: Admissions are primarily merit-based (Class 12th) or through National Level Exams (JEE Main, SAT). Note: Unlike the Chennai campus, SRMJEEE is optional but SRMHCAT is recommended for scholarships.

Others: Selection may involve a combination of merit, entrance scores, and a personal interview/counseling session.

5.Merit List & Counseling: Shortlisted candidates will be notified for physical or online counseling to finalize course allocation.

6.Seat Allotment: Seats are confirmed based on rank/merit, preference, and availability.

7.Fee Payment: To secure the seat, pay the first installment of tuition and the one-time registration fee.

8.Document Verification: Submit originals of 10th/12th mark sheets, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Aadhaar Card, and Passport photos.

9.Orientation: Final enrollment is followed by an induction program and the start of the academic session.
