CTET is conducted by CBSE every year twice a year. This paper has two sections one and two. Paper one is for those who want to teach classes one to five. Paper two is for candidates who want to teach classes five to eight. Those who pass this exam can sit for teacher recruitment exams by KVS, NVS, or Central Government Schools.
The syllabus for this course includes subjects such as community project, ICT and understanding, drama and art, Indian history, department elective, theory of learning and teaching, practical of learning and teaching, English, creative and critical thinking, yoga, current affairs, reasoning ability, gender, society and school, environmental studies, internship, social science pedagogy, analytical skills and contemporary education in India.
